For sale: HMS1&2 and used rails at most competitive prices, non-NHI, AQSIQ-certified source, origin: East Europe or at seller's option.  Minimum order is 30K MT X 12 contract.
For indicative purposes, our current soft quotes for MOQ of 30K MT/month X 12 contracts are as follows:
-HMS 1&2 (80/20 ISRI 200-206)at $320/MT,CIF
-HMS 1 at $335/MT, CIF
-Used Rails (ISRI R50-R65) at $335/MT, CIF; standard length 2-12 meters in bulk. Add $5 for cutting to non-standard size.
Prices are CIF aswp. PB at 2.0%
-Payment is by transferable FFRDLC
-POP vs POF bank to bank
LOI (not older than 4 days)  and BCL(showing tonnage and full value) are required to get seller's FCO/contract. Subject to prior sale and price change without prior notice
